Information about the Garw Valley Tennis Club

Established in 1927, the Garw Valley Tennis Club is one of the oldest tennis club in the South Wales valleys.

As a registered member of Tennis Wales and the Lawn Tennis Association the club regularly plays in the South Wales tennis league.

Resurfaced in 2009 the Garw Tennis Club is a top-class facility for budding tennis professionals and novice players alike, who are all more than welcome to come and join us play, whilst soaking up the excellent view of the valley below.

Also, in 2019 the courts had a further update by being painted blue.

Membership Prices

Seniors: £40 a year

Juniors: £30 a year

Booking A Court

Courts can be booked at any time throughout the year.

Members: FREE

Non Members: Adults £5 each per hour, Children £1.50 per hour

Junior Tennis Sessions (Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4:30pm - 6:30pm)

Held throughout the summer, we offer sessions for up to 30 players on two nights a week.

4:30pm - 5:30pm (9 and under)

5:30pm - 6:30pm (10 and over)

Adult Tennis Sessions (Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6:30pm onwards)
